Well, I am officially waiting for three dolls. I'm kind of surprised, actually, since I've always restrained myself to ordering one at a time. I'm on week three (business day 13) of the Luts wait already, which is hard to believe. After nearly four years of owning BJDs I guess I've perfected the "order it and forget about it" method. XD Four years in September already. Holy craaaaaaaaaaap.

Anyways, I'm not going to talk about the molds or characters that I ordered because telling people about it makes me more impatient to get them. X3 One of them is Gabriel's third attempt of course, and since it'll be the thirteenth doll that I've owned and thirteen has always been a lucky number for me, I'm hoping that this one will suit his character. I'm getting sick of trying out molds on him, so I really hope it works. >.>

Is anyone else on DeviantArt? I just joined there again a while back, and I must say it's an... interesting... place. Why are there so many teenage girls pretending that they're boys? It's like, a new trend or something. I see it all over the place, but it's totally obvious that they're not boys because a) they act really fucking girly and b) they often post pictures of themselves. Um...what? I even saw one person that had two separate accounts with one saying she was a girl and the other claiming she was a boy. Every time I see it I hear Hank Hill's voice saying, "That's just asinine." XDD

I think I've been watching too much King of the Hill lately. >.>

I got my 4D order yesterday, which was awesome. And apparently Nick can pull off ruffles. 8D

My 4D order was shipped a few hours after I ordered it and is currently sitting in our local PO waiting for tomorrow, so there shall be spammage soon. >:}

This means I should probably catch up on some other spam that I haven't posted here yet. XD I have a bunch of others too, so one of these days I'll do a huge dump of all of those. >.>

How is it that I happen to browse 4D when they've restocked and end up buying $185 worth of shirts for Nick?  WHY?!  *dies*  Because Nick is a demanding little libertine, that's why.

Oh well.  At least he'll look good, amirite?  The $32 for shipping kills me though.  Why can't they just offer airmail?  I don't need EMS for shirts.  >.>  I'm hoping they get here quickly to distract me from my pending Luts order.  Day 4/696  /shot  Unfortunately it has been a while since I've ordered from them, and I can't remember how fast they are with shipping.

Eh, at least I got five shirts this time instead of two.  Makes the shipping slightly more bearable.  Slightly.


Also, I just discovered that my mom's cat is covered in fleas and flea dirt because she likes to lay in the dirt like a dumbass.  >.>  I suppose I'll be bathing her tonight so that she doesn't spread them to Sydney.  That's not too terrible though; she likes baths, thankfully.

So, I told my mom that Michael Jackson died at UCLA this afternoon, and after exclaiming in surprise she added, "Well, at least the children are safe now."  I almost died.  XDD  Sometimes she really surprises me.

Apparently Farrah Fawcett died too, so I mentioned that as well.  She thinks these things happen in threes, and wondered who the third would be.  I hope it's Dick Cheney.  >.>

Sorry I've been so crappy about commenting lately.  I've been shipping stuff I'm selling out like crazy, and I was in San Francisco over the weekend.  8D  I have a ton of pictures to post too, but I'm too lazy for that at the moment.

But the reason for my post...  (Yes, there's a reason. >.>)

I just found out last night (via the news) that our local SPCA is having a bit of trouble.  Their facility is equipped to hold 100 cats.  Right now, they have 100 incoming cats every single day.  They've set up makeshift housing for an additional 400-600 cats, but only 10-12 are being adopted each day.  Since they receive 700 cats every single week, they can only keep them for five days before having to euthanize them.

I knew we had an overpopulation problem with cats (since they breed like rabbits) but I had no idea how bad it had gotten.  They've gotten so desperate that they actually encouraged people to have their neighbors' cats spayed/neutered if they aren't responsible enough to do it.  They have a trust fund that allows them to do it for free for those who can't afford it and for very cheap if it isn't your animal.  I wish people would take advantage of it.  It's $30 if it doesn't belong to you, as I recall.  My grandmother lives outside the city, so she catches any cat that comes onto her property and has it fixed at her expense.  A lot of them are strays that then become "hers" because she feeds them, but some belong to people who either can't afford to have them fixed or are too lazy to do so.

Sooo I think I might have to head to the SPCA adoption station in the nearby shopping center to have a look.  >.>  I've actually been thinking that I would like to have a cat for the last month or so, though I'm not sure what brought it on.  I'm more of a dog-and-horse type person.  I've never owned a cat and don't know much about them, aside from living with my mom's cat.  (And really, she's not so much a cat as a small, furry, and demanding Jabba the Hutt.  XD) 

Anyway, this seems like the perfect excuse to look into adopting a cat.  I'm not really sure where to start though.  Oo  I know it needs to be short haired because I have allergy problems with long haired cats, but other than that I've got nothing.  I've heard that males are more active and playful than females, which sounds good...  Anyone have any advice?

Maybe I'll drag my mother along as well.  She was quite upset when she heard about it on the news.

I'm hoping one of the new Luts molds will work, actually. This was strike three with the Finding a Mold For Gabriel Project, and I'm getting a little tired of it. .___.

Luts just announced their summer event, and in addition to the usual event head it seems they're releasing seven new Zuzu Delfs, two new Honey Delfs [Choco (boy) and Lolly (girl)], two new Kid Delfs [Lime (boy), and Lemon (girl)], a new line of Junior Delfs with two boys (Rigel and Lepus), a new Delf boy (Edgar), two new Senior Delf boys (Jude and Karis), two new Senior Delf girls (Grace and Harmony), and two new Super Senior Delf boys (Landy and Cirrus). 

They weren't kidding when they said they were busy preparing for their summer event!  That is a ton of releases.  Oo   I'm kinda eager to see the new Senior Delfs, and the new Delf boy since there hasn't been one in ages.  I also like the event head, and you only have to purchase $250 worth of stuff to get it.  Plus there are apparently four different makeup options.  Hmmm...  I might have to get me one of those.  >.> 

Not that I have any idea what I'd do with it...

First! Before I forget, thesaraghina , I got the shirt yesterday and it is totally awesome! ^^ I can't wait to stick it on Nick and take some pictures of him. <3

I love that she gave him black-painted nails, because I was just thinking the other day how it was something that he would probably do on a whim, and that Vincent would tease him mercilessly for it.  XD  His hair looks a bit red on my monitor, but the colors on it are weird anyways so whatever.

UGH.  I had just pulled in to the garage and was about to go inside when I noticed this noise.  I turned around and discovered, to my horror, that the right front tire of my car is hissing.  Damnit.  Damnitdamnitdamnit.  I do NOT need this right now.  =__=

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to finally start the process of finding out why I have been physically sick almost every single day for eight years, and THIS happens.  Idonotneedthisrightnow!  >.<;;;

I also just remembered that my car has the "upgraded wheel package", which means that the replacement will probably be ungodly expensive.  My mom ran over a hunk of metal on the freeway a couple years ago and shelled out something like $400 for the replacement.  Thankfully my car isn't a BMW, so hopefully it won't be anywhere near that.  *crosses fingers*

I can't even tell what I ran over.  .___.

Today the temperature gauge on my car hit 100 degrees for the first time this year.  Whyyyyyyyy?  ;__;  We've been having such lovely 70 degree weather... can't we just keep that?  >.>

Who the hell decided it was a good idea to have a RAVE at the freaking park?!  Seriously, it's almost two miles away and it sounds like the assholes are in my backyard.  The entire house is vibrating with trance and I'm sitting here trying to write a research report.  .___.

Not to mention the fact that the park is supposed to close at ten.  Though I'm sure they've made an exception, just like they did when they decided to hold cage fights in that awesome Coliseum- style amphitheater.  Before they decided that the park was too wholesome for cage fights.  And beer.

Why does it have to be GOOD trance?  Ugh I want to go SO BADLY. *dies*
